As the child of an immigrant, I bring empathy and understanding to the challenges immigrants face when navigating the United States immigration system.

I am passionate about giving back to my community. I worked in the New York City court system helping victims of crime and domestic violence. • First, I consult with you or your attorney to confirm that my services will qualify for your case. I will answer any questions you may have, and we will book the first appointment, known as an assessment. I will speak to your attorney prior to the first appointment to get more information that I may need to know. You will receive initial paperwork to complete ahead of the first appointment.

We will schedule 2 assessment appointments, each lasting 1.5 hours. The appointments will be scheduled within the same week. We can meet in my office in Jersey City, NJ or by video-conferencing.

If a translator is required, I will secure a translator at an additional cost and they will join the appointment as well. Appointments with translators are typically longer due to the time needed translate.

From there, I will put together a comprehensive psychological evaluation that is anywhere from 10-15 pages in length. You and your attorney will have the opportunity to review the evaluation once it is complete. You and your attorney will receive the final evaluation and any additional paperwork requested by your attorney through email or by postal mail.

  • Once the appointments are complete, you can expect to have the finalized evaluation within 2 weeks. I will provide you with the date that you will receive your evaluation by.

If you need the evaluation expedited, I can provide it to you within 3-5 business days at the additional cost of $300.

  • Obtaining a mental health evaluation in immigration cases is often crucial as it provides documented psychological evidence of an individual's mental health and well-being.

A mental health evaluation can help demonstrate the impact of abuse, trauma or persecution experienced by the individual, strengthening a case for legal relief.

Overall, a thorough mental health evaluation enhances the credibility and validity of an individual's immigration claim, ensuring that your unique needs and circumstances are properly addressed within the legal system.

  • Only for Hardship Waivers, Asylum, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Petition, U-Visa and T-Visas.
