Private Pay & Superbills

I'm a private-pay therapist, which means I don't bill insurance directly, but that doesn't mean insurance can't help. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill: an itemized receipt you submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many clients are able to recoup a meaningful portion of the cost this way. I'm happy to answer any questions about how that process works before you get started.

  • Individual Therapy (Adults)

    50-minutes | $200 per session

  • Individual Therapy (Child/Teen)

    45-minutes | $200 per session

  • Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) or Parenting Coaching

    60-minutes | $220 per session

  • Couples Therapy

    60-minutes | $250 per session

    90- minutes | $350 per session

  • Immigration Evaluations

  • Private Pay

    Heights Psychotherapy is private pay and does not accept insurance. Payment is due on the day of service. Superbills are available upon request. If you need an in-network provider, please contact your insurance company for a list of providers in your area.
