I offer both! Sessions are offered in-person in Jersey City, NJ and online for clients located in any part of New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
Many of my clients are busy and prefer to meet online from the comfort of their own home. Others are “zoomed-out” and benefit from the connection of working together in my office. Let’s discuss what works best for you!
Please know that appointments for children, adolescents, and couples are always in-person.

All my services are private pay. I require a valid credit card on file and payment on the date of service.
I do not accept nor contract with any insurance health plans. I am considered out-of-network or a non-participating provider. Which means that you pay for the services rather than have it covered by insurance. It is important you make an informed decision about paying out-of-pocket for therapy.
Many health plans do reimburse their members for receiving services out-of-network. I recommend calling your health plan’s member services line to ask if you have out-of-network benefits. The questions to ask your health plan are:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?
Are the following CPT codes covered services: 90791, 90834, 90837, 90846, 90847?
What is the reimbursement rate that I can expect if I submit a receipt/”superbill”?
How do I submit superbills for potential reimbursement?
If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a receipt/ “superbill” for you to submit to your health plan for potential reimbursement. Please know that health plans require all services be medically necessary with a mental health diagnosis in order to be reimbursed.
If you determine you need an in-network provider, I recommend asking your health plan for a list of in-network providers in your area.

Great question! The answer is, it depends!
My clients start with weekly therapy until we get to know each other and clarify your goals and objectives.
I recommend planning for at least 6 months of therapy. Depending on what you want to accomplish, some people require more or less. I have extensive experience providing both short and long-term therapy.
