I’m a mom and I believe in the power of asking for help.

I’m a licensed therapist and a mom who understands the unique stresses that come with raising a family today. I like to call it: the stress and exhaustion of modern motherhood. I believe that caring for moms is essential because, when you’re supported, everyone in the family benefits.

I take a big-picture view in therapy—understanding that your challenges are connected to everything around you, including your culture and family relationships, daily pressures, and the societal expectations you may feel.
